Website and Subscription Terms of Service

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Armstrong Enterprises USA LLC dba Managed Radio Services, hereinafter referred to as "the Company," and you, the user, hereinafter referred to as "the User." By accessing our website, creating a member account, or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the services provided by the Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Membership and Subscription

Account Creation: To access certain features of the website and subscribe to services, you must create a member account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscription: Subscription to Managed Radio Services (MRS) is provided on an annual basis. Your subscription grants you access to the MRS network and may include a radio unit as part of the service package, as detailed in your subscription agreement.

Service Availability and Limitations

Managed Radio Services (MRS) operates over the national LTE data network and is entirely dependent on carrier signal availability. The Company does not guarantee service in areas with weak or no LTE coverage. We are not responsible for disruptions in service due to poor reception, network congestion, tower outages, SIM failures, or loss of carrier service.

While LTE service can generally be expected if a cellular signal is present, performance is not guaranteed, and users may still experience reduced quality or intermittent connectivity depending on local network conditions. Users are strongly encouraged to test coverage in their primary operating area before relying on MRS for critical communication.

User Responsibilities

Lawful Use: You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict the use and enjoyment of the services by any other user.
Proper Conduct: You agree to adhere to all established radio etiquette and conduct guidelines as specified by the Company. Any use of the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your account.

Account Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the services at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to, a breach of this Agreement or non-payment of subscription fees.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to the Terms of Service

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
