No Signup Required: As long as you have an active paid subscription, you are eligible to refer new members.
No Minimum Quota for New Referrals: You receive your $50 bounty for every successful referral, whether it is your first or your fiftieth. There is no minimum requirement to begin earning on new signups.

Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: Participation is strictly limited to members with a paid, active MRS subscription in good standing.
Payout Structure: Bounties are paid only after the referred member’s payment has cleared the bank. For checks, this typically occurs 10–14 days after receipt.
The "25 Referral" Quota: The annual quota of 25 new referrals is calculated based on the affiliate's signup anniversary. Failure to meet this quota may result in the forfeiture of renewal bounties for that period.
Intellectual Property & Branding: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using any MRS copyrighted materials or logos without prior written permission.
Marketing Restrictions: To ensure brand consistency and operational security, affiliates cannot produce their own physical or digital marketing materials. Furthermore, affiliates are prohibited from creating any independent online presence representing MRS, including websites or social media pages.
Independent Status: Affiliates are independent partners and are not employees of Armstrong Enterprises USA LLC. Affiliates are responsible for any local, state, or federal taxes on earnings.
Ethical Conduct: Affiliates must represent MRS and MRES accurately. Misrepresentation of the technology or the program’s mission is grounds for immediate termination from the affiliate program.
Modifications: Managed Radio Services reserves the right to modify the bounty amounts or program requirements with 30 days' notice to active affiliates.
